Meghan recently joined our team after working at Beauty First in Cranberry for 12 years. Her loyal clients adore her for her ability to make everyone feel comfortable, while also creating amazing color and styles. She values the importance of continuing education within the industry and is pleased to work as part of our team.
Meghan and her husband Greg just welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Dallas, into their lives! We are so happy to see what the future holds for their little family, and so grateful to have Megh at Fringe.

We are pleased to have Maci DiNofrio as part of our team at Fringe! Maci is a Pittsburgh native who has worked as a stylist in the Wexford area for several years. In addition to her dimensional colors, she loves to create precision haircuts, and is certified as a Head Shape Matters Haircutter and Educator. This system of cutting is a mathematical method used to achieve tailored haircuts that fall perfectly from each individual’s head shape. Maci loves everything about weddings and formal hairstyling. She is our wedding coordinator at Fringe.
In her spare time, Maci enjoys travelling and keeping an active lifestyle. Taking Hot Yoga classes, and spending time with her two dogs, Gilligan and Harley, are her favorite ways to spend a day off.

Erin loves building new relationships with her clients, and feels happy and proud as they leave the salon loving their hair and having more confidence in themselves. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.

Janelle is a graduate of Bella Capelli Academy where she received her training and cosmetology license. She has recently been promoted to Level 1 Stylist following extensive hands on training with both Amy and Ellen. She enjoys working as part of a team and meeting new people.
Janelle was drawn to cosmetology out of her love for creative expression. She is happiest when she is spending time in nature, preferably enjoying music festivals with friends.

Vanessa, (or V, as she prefers to be called by friends), is a proud recent graduate of North Hills Beauty Academy. She loves to chat with clients while she is working alongside Amy or Ellen, and recently began taking her own clients as well. V is a quick learner who is always quick to lend a hand and gives the most amazing shampoo, complete with a relaxing scalp and neck massage. In the future she hopes to specialize in hair extensions and vivid colors.
V likes to travel to concerts and festivals with her friends in her spare time. She's our resident "glitter girl" who loves her makeup and hair to sparkle and shine just as bright as her positive, friendly personality.

Her love of change and growth brought her to realize her passion for the beauty industry. Carissa is currently accepting men's haircut appointments, and does an amazing fade!
When she's not at work, Carissa enjoys spending time outdoors biking, kayaking, hiking and fishing with her friends and her boyfriend.

Debbie is the smiling face behind our front desk and on the phone most days. She loves to talk with clients in the salon about everything from her favorite products, to her favorite recipes. Lucky for us, Debbie is super organized and is always working on new ways to make the salon run more efficiently.
In her spare time it can be tough to track her down! She and her husband enjoy bike riding, hiking, birdwatching, traveling, and spending time with their daughter. Debbie is an incredible cook, and often brings in her famous baked goods to share. If you are lucky enough to be in the salon on these days, do not pass up the pastries!
